ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! Do not contract with this company or its owner Scott Berggren. I had the most painful and aggravating experience getting my pool remodeled by this guy. Scott will appear pleasant as long as your giving him payments but when you realize the work isn't getting done AND you stop payments Scott is just dreadful. Scott has poor communication skills, does not follow through as he says; he will be MIA for days, he will make up unbelievable excuses, he will lie and simply drag the job out for months. You will waste many hours, days and weeks chasing him down to complete the work that will inevitably take months to finish despite what he promises. And Scott Berggren is not licensed to construct pools either. I discovered through legal channels that he uses another contractor's license as his own. Criminal! The WORST contractor experience I have ever had. He never completed my job either. Just quit showing up. I had to hire a couple other reluctant contractors to get my pool working. I strongly advise, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

It went horribly. Scott Berggren, the owner, was very charming up front, sounded like an expert. Sold me on the entire pool remodeling project. Started it, completed it half way, took the entire payment convincing me that he had to purchase materials and equipment. The quality of work up to that point looked good and the work was completed fast, so I did not scrutinize too hard why he asked for the entire project amount. BIG MISTAKE. Right after he got the money, Scott abandoned the project. When I called him, he said he was not in the pool remodeling business any more. I asked for my money back and never heard back from Scott. Turns out his Contractor's License is for only installing pool equipment NOT for pool remodelling. I didn't know there were different types. Do not hire Better Buy Pool Supply and Scott Berggren. He is a thief. The former company name was Specialized Pools. If you want to see true reviews about Scott Berggren - look up that company, as well as Scott Berggren. That company was closed because of the overwhelmingly poor reviews. Scott changed the name to Better Buy Pool Supplies. But is is still Scott Berggren who is cheating his customers out of money.
