    I am completely baffled as to how this company has ANY good reviews at all!!! Are you kidding me? If this company shows up to your door, make sure they supply you with a Costco size jar of Vaseline!!! This will prepare you for what will happen once they start the work!!!

    They will lie to you about the financing, they will use sub-contractors (who are all very nice and work hard but paid the cheapest amount possible). I feel bad because the people that actually do the work are being taken advantage of as much as the customers.

    This contractor does nothing but LIE!!!

    They are NOT Skilled labor; they are just low-life SCAM Artist. They don't do the work themselves; they just tell you all kinds of garbage and lies pretending they know anything about this construction business.

    You would be better off believing those scam artist idiots on Facebook that try to like your post and get you to friend them. LMBO!!!

    Once the work is done then the financing SCAM starts. They will tell you this loan is not going against your home, you can have the loan at a LOW COST with a LOW interest rate, blah blah blah.

    The payment is not what they tell you it will be. The "12 months no interest is a LIE!!!" The payment will be 3 to 4 times the amount that they tell you it will be. The loan ends up being an interest-bearing loan that shows up on your credit report as a mortgage loan. OMG are you kidding me.

    I'll bet you, that all these GREAT Reviews, that 90% of them are all FAKE!!! SCAM ARTIST!!! that is all this company has!!

    Paver patio and driveway extension

    Leaving a 1 star review due to the lack of communication and pure unprofessionalism from this company. I have several screenshots displaying complete silence from this company. After several texts messages and complaints about needing the below:

    * Paint removal off the cement and stucco (its been a few months )
    * gate rubs when it opens and closes after the pavers got put in

    * stucco is missing

    * have not received my packet for the tax refund promised for having the pavers put in.

    I finally was informed by receptionist, Melissa, that I would receive a call the next day on September 12th, with status updates. I did not receive any updates as of yet and it is September 16th. I have sent numerous emails, texts, and phone calls and have YET to receive an update with all my items mentioned above. Completely unacceptable and hope this review can help others avoid using these services. I also hope someone from this company can finally reach out to me to solve these issues before taking this any further than it needs to.

    REMODEL

    I really wanted to give this company a chance. Here's the story:
    They insist on both people being there "for their safety and ours." Common sales tactic, no problem. I get called into work so my wife and father met the contractor. They were ready to sign the contract but sales person they sent refused to provide an onsite quote.

    Over the next three days, my wife and I called four times before finally being told they couldn't provide a quote since I wasn't home. Weird, my wife has the same authority and cognitive ability to have made the decision that day.

    Based on the reviews, we decided to give them another chance. We scheduled for Sunday after church at 11am. They call to confirm twice that day. We wait until after 12pm and call them, leave a voicemail. They call me back a few minutes later saying they can't come but they can come at 1pm. We wait until 2pm and contact them once again. We're told they can't make it.

    Their next availability is Monday at 11am. Since they're adamant about my wife and I being present, I take Monday off of work. They call me Monday at 10am and confirm they will be here for the estimate. 1130am comes around and they call to reschedule for 3pm. After 3pm they call me and say they can't make it due to some issue.

    I'm really baffled by this, I've never had this sort of issue with any company I've ever dealt with. They made no attempt to make it right. I will be sharing my story with anyone who will listen, including my neighbors in a new development.
