I highly recommend Specialty by Design. When I was preparing my home of 30 years to put on the market I reached out to Reece. His communication was excellent, explained all the necessary procedures and options. He put LVT over cement in the basement, finished the wood stairs and sanded and refinished the 1955 red oak floors on the main floor. They all turned out beautiful, I’m sure the floors were a big part of my quick sell above listing price.
