    put a new on my house

    I sadly fell victim to Ralph and his crew. I am entering litigation with these people. They ruined my lawn in the process of replacing my roof. It is completely rutted. I did not complain while the job was in progress for fear of them not returning. At the completion of the job, I asked how they were going to fix the lawn. Ralph informed that if you wanted us not to be on your lawn, you should have told us.
    The job was to take 3 to 4 days. It took 10. The chimney still leaks. The valleys on the roof now have a "California Cut". If you don't know what that is, look it up. It is ugly and susceptible to leaks according to the internet. I was unaware I was getting that but that is how it gets done when you use metal in the valleys, which was a big selling point for me when Ralph mentioned it. No other roofing company offered that to me. I had damage to the plywood underneath the shingles. The crew took pictures of the damage but never provided pictures of the repairs that were made. The extra price they charged me for repairs does not match the damage they found and I am not sure it was ever fixed...or how. I never got a receipt for the extra work done or the amount materials used. I am simply was suppose to take their word and pay them. Their other selling point was they clean up as they go. It is even on their website. They did not. Stay away from these people and pay the extra money that you think you will be saving to a higher priced roofing company. It will be worth it.

    Roof on front porch

    Had a new roof put on my front screened porch. They also added a side porch to cover my steps. Great job. Excellent work for a reasonable price!! Will definitely use them again.

    I called these people and Ralph the owner? came out and said the price would be $495 to do the job. Since my house was on the market for sale, and I needed it done pretty quickly, i said ok. They asked for the money up front, and like a fool i was, i paid it. Two guys in a van showed up 2 days later, they got up on the roof, and within 20 minutes, i heard doors closing, and the van pulled off...no receipt, no...we are done...NOTHING. i got up on the roof, all they did was apply maybe 2 tubes of SILICON caulking to shingles, and channel where siding meets roof. I imediately tried calling Ralph...no answer...tried a few more times....no answer...DO NOT USE THE RIP OFF ARTISTS !!!

    I got ripped off by these guys. Poor quality work & material. Never flashed the roof or came back to finish the job. PLEASE do not call these expert rip-off roofers.
