Save yourself some grief and STAY and I mean STAY away from the Spillman Construction Company that is owed by James Spillman Jr. I hired him over two years ago to do install concrete for my front drive way. Beware of James base flex scam. James strongly recommended that I use base flex gravel rather than sand before the actual concrete was poured. While I was still considering whether to use base flex gravel or sand the next thing I knew one of James guys had the base gravel delivered to my property with out my consent. I was really upset about this base gravel being delivered to my property with out my consent. The next day or two when I saw James he told me that he had paid for the base flex gravel to the person who he had ordered the base flex gravel from. When I asked James to show me a check for the payment of the base he then told me that he had paid the guy in cash. I very reluctantly paid James for what he claimed to be the cash amount he paid the guy who dumped off the base flex. In retrospect I believe this was a SCAM which is the primary reason why I am writing this review. I definitely would not ever do business ever again with James Spillman or his Company.

Worst customer service ever. Rude, disrespectful. Quality stinks. Started a driveway project for me. No 2x4 boarders, rebar, very small, on the ground. The depth was 1.5 inches to maybe 4. The 4 was in one spot. Horrible company
