I had Spinnato Roofing and Construction install 3 doors to my house...2 patio doors and my main entrance door. within 2 days of install...the front door was extremely hard to open. I contacted them and they came over to check and they said everything was fine. A couple weeks later, we couldn't open the door at all without using extreme force..we were actually afraid of breaking someone so again, I called them back...several times. Never, not once did they come take a look. Patio doors were both installed in Dec., but soon after the extreme cold came...those doors had issues also. Ice build up on bottom of both doors and the sliding capabilities were turning into a work out. I again called them...nothing back. I had a party at my house and a few men here were in construction and they noticed the issues right away. again, I called Spinnato..nothing! I hired another company to repair the doors...they even took pictures, which were not what I would have paid for had I'd see what was under the patio door, yup, rotten wood and the weight of the door sunk to one side, causing the door to not open properly...I contact the Spinnato company via text...and reported everything to the and asked for my money back...again...no word from them. So about 5 months later, they contact me and said they can't give me my money back...even though the contract says 2 year workmanship guarantee....so now I am trying everything I can think of to hold them to their word...so, no...would not recommend them to anyone!!! my husband and I are senior citizens, and feel we got taken advantage of....if anyone knows what other course o action we can take...I'd gladly welcome it!
