I’ve never had any issues with this contractor they’ve been able to complete what they said they were going to complete. Not trying to be there, but some people just love to complain.. They’re very nice people. You need to understand what you’re asking for as well as what is expected the fact that once those are pulled down and things like that, sometimes there’s additional work that has to be done to a wiring, mold, etc., which contains a scope. You need to have a budget for construction

Stole over 60k in 2015 and never did any work. 4 years later and a lawsuit later, he was forced to pay back over 80k after court found him and his company fraudulent and guilty. Paper work to prove it if anyone wants it will be posted everywhere online where Alonzo and his wife promote this fraudulent business.

I devoted 4 years to this case and will spend the rest of my life to show anyone whoever wants to do business with Alonzo that he's a fraudulent contractor. Not only is he the laughing stock of every Delaware law firm after losing this case and thinking he had any chance of winning, but karma backfired on his fraudulent business practices after taking advantage of innocent people. Stay away from Spirit Business and Alonzo!

My bathroom pipe burst. I called Spirit Concept Building. They came over and evaluated my bathroom. They started the job right away. Everyone was very friendly. They cleaned up after they were done. Owner very Nice......Taking longer than expected and Add to blemishes not being addressed until the end to correct . Why not fix them as they arose instead of waiting to the end.

Spirit Building Concepts worked on my home after a fire in my kitchename. They were quick to return my call, came over right away to view my damage. They started my work right away and did an excellent job restoring my kitchen, counter tops, walls and flooring. When they were finished my house looked better than it did before the fire. I recommend them to friends and family and anyone who I hear talking about needed a contractor.....Thanks Spirit.

Restoration of powder room, family room, laundry room and pantry from flooding due to broken pipe. Work was rushed and sloppy. Painting was very sloppy - paint on outlets, pipes and trim. Sanding of some of the joint compound was not complete before painting. Replacement doors were warped. All trim was painted with flat paint. Replacement carpet is lumpy, not laying flat. They claimed it was flat when installed, but how does a "flat" carpet grow 5 large bumps?
Vanity we picked out would not fit due to plumbing. We weren't given the opportunity to choose the replacement. They just picked any ol' thing because it was cheap. Did not get to choose replacement faucet.
Baseboards were installed before flooring. Therefore the flooring is not beneath the baseboard and was cut to edge of baseboard. Very unprofessional looking.
