  Replace liner

  $4,500

  If I can address these two complaints out of over 500 customers to date.. Lauren was correct, we did put in an inground liner for her... it went in beautifully and the customer praised how good it look because the company that did it before had wrinkles in it... Unfortunately with all the rain we had the next spring water from her hillside went underneath the liner... I told the Customer it was an act of God, and as a professional courtesy, I would come up and get the water out behind the liner and reset the liner for $350 and she refused saying that I was responsible for something God created... Needless to say Lauren never traced back to me...David Pupilli (owner)..

  Replace pool pump

  DO NOT HIRE! David Pupilli with his girlfriend's son replaced my pool pump and left exposed wires. From the start it was a terrible experience. We had a window on a Friday between 2-8 PM and he never showed. He was supposed to come Saturday around 11 am and called at 7:50 am to say he was a half hour away. He comes and tells me I need to notify the home warranty co and after a whole back and forth I finally got him to understand he needed submit he info to the home warranty co. We had to continually follow up to make sure he was still coming to do the work and ince he did he left exposed wires. Told us he would be back the following week to repair and never showed. We texted him and he claims he was never paid by the home warranty co so he needs to fix that before he can do anything. This was after my husband gave him extra money thinking that would make him finish the job. Big mistake...now he doesn't respond to text messages. I am reaching out to the home warranty co to see what they can do, but do not waste your time with this guy. He'll not only perform shitty work but expect you to be his secretary in the process.

  Inground swimming pool vinyl replacement liner

  I would not recommend this contractor. David does not stand behind his work. I paid $4,500 for an inground liner replacement end of season last year - end of September. When I opened the pool there was water behind the liner and corners were coming out. I cannot even get him to come look at this, he stated it's an act of God and that I probably need french drains installed(which ironically I have and never had this issue until Splash pools replaced my liner.
