This contractor is awesome!! And that is an understatement!! My rented mobile home was frozen solid after returning from a two week Christmas vacation. I had a difficult time finding anyone that even wanted to touch it. He came out, assessed the situation, conferred with my landlord and fixed the problem. This was NO easy task...assessment wasn't easy, nor was the repair.
Ralph (the owner of the this company), is an incredible human being. He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and exibits a work ethic that is more and more difficult to find these days. I felt as if he truly cared about my problem...I went three days without water...he showed up on Monday morning to make sure everything was working correctly. I would trust him with any and everything I have.
Truly a Knight in shining armor!!! Too bad we don't have more people like him in this society. He's one of those rare Earth Angels....he just doesn't know it!!
