    $63,000

    Split Rock promised me a pool inn4 months, took a $10k deposit, then a $4200 draw to start construction…10 months later and the permit wasn’t even applied for. A demand letter was sent to start work or refund all monies…they sent a check for $5k…needless to say taking them to court..Beware these sham business people!

    Do not hire this company unless you want a frustrating, long drawn out process with an arrogant contractor who makes promises he doesn’t keep, doesn’t reply to texts or calls unless he feels like it and lies with multiple excuses as to why things aren’t happening with your project! Do yourself a favor and hire someone else!
