    I created a contract with the owner, he took a large initial deposit and didn't do any work. The company seems fishy and fraudulent. Do not work with them.

    Split-Tech Construction Inc. did a full house remodel on one of my rental properties and they did great, communication was key for me and they held up top of the list for me very informative, they weren’t after money they actually saved me money you can tell the owner truly cares about his clients.
