great my wife and i want to his office couple of times as he drew up plans of your house as we made changes, the work was done on time, bigger then i wanted but the wife was happy which makes my life better. I believe house ended up around 3400 square feet. Mitch laid the house out up on a hill over looking my pond and gets the sun in the morning as it comes up. Great workmanship
