They did not show up in a timely fashion and took 3 months to complete a project that had less than 100 hrs. for two people to complete. They only ever put 2 people on the job, and neither was a qualified contractor. One year later all three of my chimneys leak and there are leaks in two other locations. Sprenger pocketed $140/hr. on the job AFTER expenses assuming they paid the two low level employees $50/hr, which is unlikely. The workers lied to me on three critical occasions about how they would meet the job specifications, and now there are numerous issues with the work that was done. Sean Dorigo was in charge of the job, but was on site less than two hours total the whole time. You really have to keep your thumb on these guys if you hire them and make sure they do what they were hired to do, and do it professionally.
