Do not use this firm. They are incompetent, unprofessional, and dishonest. They installed a Prestige Triangle Tube boiler in my home but did not have the technical expertise to get it working. Worse yet, a series of shockingly amateurish mistakes in the installation resulted in permanent damage to the boiler rendering it inoperable. After leaving me without heat for a month, they maintained that the boiler was working fine because they could get it to work while they were here. The fact that it shut down within hours did not seem important to their evaluation. Seriously, I am not making this up. After a month of delays, increasingly bizarre excuses and failed attempts that left me without heat, I gave up and contacted Home Advisor and got a list of a dozen competent companies that serve the Conifer area where I live. I recommend this route. Using Spring Valley amounts to throwing good money down a rat hole. For additional information please contact me at [email protected].
