They were nice but did a horrific job on our sidewalk and half fast. 2 guys came out and started to take some of the curb out which I understand so new concrete would sit better and put boards up to help maintain the structure but they took the boards away that day without letting the concrete dry and settle so the concrete started to crack and fall apart. When I called and complained about the curb looking bad they came out days later to "fix" it but only one little section and didnt fix the whole thing. Now our curb looks horrible with cracks everywhere and falling apart. We could done it ourselves if we didnt want it looking professional. They only did this in maybe 2 hours or so. Half fast job with bad results. Neighbors won't even hire them to do their curb replacement.

Would NOT recommend Springside Concrete for any type of work but especially stamped concrete. Owner and his employees do not know what they are doing. Did our patio the first time and by the following summer it had to be ripped out, which he did at no cost but now the second pour and stamping is worse than the first time not to mention damages to our siding, screen doors and sliding,glass doors. We have asked him to reimburse our money which he refuses to do. The patio is a huge embarrassment with all its faults and mistakes and sloppiness. Low bid equals very low, poor quality work. Horrible!

They were initially nice and the finished side walk was nice.poor poor poor customer service. Refused to meet with me to discuss concerns: equipment ruts in my yard, concrete on my wood stairs. Didn’t clean up after themselves. I should have rethought using them when they were able to get me in with little wait.
