If possible, I will rate them "0" star, because Sprinkler Pros is the worst company I have met. The first time I called for Spring Start Up, I was told "hold on one second" for about 20 minutes. I hung up and called in again, I was told that they were VERY busy and the first available slot was one month later. However, they will bill you very quick. They completed Start Up in the morning and emailed me the bill at afternoon. The job was not done completely as they promised, so I had to call them to ask them to re-do the job. The technician did not call me to tell me 2-hour time window for the appointment one day ahead as they told me, so I had to call in the morning to ask when the technician will come. The customer service lady was very rude, and repeated that she did not know. I said that I could not wait at home for the whole day for your staff and I need go back to work, please gave me an estimate time, she hung up the phone. I had to call in again, the owner picked up the phone this time. Before I told him my experience, he yelled to me on the phone. In their website, they stated "we've treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch", it is totally WRONG. Because builder chose them for some reason, I had to use them. As long as 1-year warranty finishes, I will NEVER use them. This is a terrible company with terrible service.
