With 1-2 days left on the project, he stopped showing up and kept pushing work off to the next week for 2 months. He then promised to either finish the work, find another contractor to finish it at his cost, or refund me so I could find someone else. At that point, he promised to contact me within an hour, then has since refused to communicate with me for any reason for several weeks.

Update. So after a great first experience 2nd time was not the charm. Contractor did not show up or was hours late. When he did show up he would work for MAYBE 2 hours then leave in some excuse (either need more material or lunch). A supposedly 3 day job is well into 5 weeks.

Very good communication and very very flexible and helpful. Sean went with me to the tile supplier to ensure I got what I wanted. Every idea I had he discussed a way to make it happen. Lol he even got my 400lb cast iron tub installed.
Will be recommending him to all I know
