I thought overall things went ok with the pool builders. The pool came out great and they have been upholding their warranties for different equipment that has had minor issues such as pool lights and salt cell problems. The only issues we had during the building process is some driverway and walkway cement cracks from the heavy excavators digging, that part of the contract leaves them without any liability for breaking, that occurred and was not repaired as well as a fence that was removed without reinstallation. Building a pool is a mess in the yard landscaping and fencing and anyone interested should know all of that in advance with any pool builder. Overall I would give them a B- grade.
