Will take your money, damage your place to squeeze more out of you and then leave you hanging mid-job. They have left my family without a kitchen for over a year.
They expect and know most people will not go through arbitration due to cost so they take advantage of it.
You've been warned.

Unworthy contractors. Beware!!!!!!! Do not use this contractor - SR General Contractor. Had a signed contract, half of the money up front and the rest due when job was complete. Job took longer than expected, but that wasn't the worst of it. He came around asking for more money and when my husband told him that is not what the contract stated, he said his secretary made the mistake with the contract. Not our fault. Two of his workers came to finish the paint job and tie up loose ends. Then his project manager came by & said the paint will dry and will match within a week. It didn't so we called him back no answer at first and then he said that they were really busy. Ok gave them the benefit of the doubt , with the Thanksgiving & the holidays. My husband has been calling and leaving message and no call back. Every time I go into the basement, I get upset. I don't like leaving posts like this, but we paid a nice price the job and we get treated like this?????? Not fair. We am seriously considering going to BBB and reporting him.
Please do your homework (I thought we did) and DO NOT HIRE SR CONTRACTOR.

Same issue as everyone else that has written a negative review! He’s fraud and his project mgr is nothing better! We are 75% done with our full home renovation, and he stopped sending guy us to our house because we put our foot down with giving money and not seeing progress! He’s trash, and uses illegal citizens to do work and fraud his way to getting permits! I will continue to report him, leave bad reviews so he remembers my name! He’s is trash! I wish i can leave 0 stars! Scam scam scam!!!!!
