I called the business this morning at 10:26am and reported that my heater hadn’t been heating since the previous evening. It was 24 degrees during the night and needed a repairman. Ray said he would contact a service technician immediately and we would be taken care of ASAP. The technician (Daniel) called me within 30 minutes to schedule the service call. He arrived shortly thereafter, diagnosed the problem and completed the repair very shortly. I would recommend this company to all that need a trustworthy business to work on their central A/C or heating unit.

This company was contracted by my insurance, they did the inspection in 48 hours, but the respond after that had been terrible.
I week to answer the insurance that the part that need to be buyer was the correct, 1 week to receive the part, 2 weeks with the part on their shop and not had been scheduled for the job.
Today, 33 days later that the order was placed the A/C stopped working and they didn't care or did anything about it.
They were informed that legal actions will be taken due their negligence.
