    Addition

    My experience was like horror movie. I had to hired my own contractor. Delay the process by trying to do everything himself. He wanted to get pay, before finishing the job. My work was not up to level the way he communicate his work. My advice to anyone please stay stay far from away from srd associates LLC, known as Albert Brooks

    New Commercial Build

    Same here...they over promised and under provided. No progress was being made. Paid them their draws and come to find out they were not paying their subcontractors. I asked for proof of payment and they could not produce copies of cashed checks. Had to track Contractors, got copies of checks showed where SRD did not pay total amount due to Contractor. Stay far far away from SRD and its Associates.
    What a disappointment...shame.

    Over promised and under provided. Had to fire them mid job as they put me over 5 months behind schedule. No progress was being made.
