Shawn was amazing, he fit me into his busy schedule the same week for an estimate. He let me know a timeline for when I should receive an estimate back from him & was on time. He was very upfront & honest about his work; as well as the do's & don't about the fencing industry. He let me know he was booked out about 8 weeks when he came to my house for the estimate, but fit me into his schedule within weeks of me signing. He & his crew were on time the day of the appointment. Everyone was extremely friendly & very welcoming, especially since I am so curious & like to watch the whole process! They cleaned up there mess as they went. Shawn even went beyond scope to make sure my 2 side gates (not included in estimate) were working properly after the fence was replaced. I intend to use Shawn again for my retaining wall & pulling out the fence on the opposing side of my house & would recommend Shawn over any other fencing company.
