Working with “Chuck” was a nightmare. He did not replace wood and told his contractors to paint over pieces that were damaged that were supposed to be replaced. He tried to get the insurance to pay more money but would never provide them with the specific costs. He overbought shingles and told me that the extra is how he pays himself.
