They did a repair from a house fire. We literally had to double check everything they did, and in most instances, something wasn't done properly or was done in a lazy, I-don't-care-just-get-the-job-done fashion. Owners too busy on 'bigger-better jobs' to supervise work so homeowners basically had to go behind and check everything. Inspections by the city failed regularly. Work took 3 times longer than anticipated (NOT weather related). They even tried to charge us for replacement items we bought. Fortunately, we kept extensive detailed records. I could go on, but you get the idea. I hope no one ever goes through what happened here. We're still fixing the cheap ways things were done.
