    Furnace, AC and Heather, Fireplace update

    Omar Souza is terrible, he doesn’t respond phone calls and and msgs. We hired him to change our entire furnace & Heater and AC in September 2018. Also we give him additional job upgrade our fireplace. We paid him upfront 100%.
    1.st He took off our no- problem working gas fireplace /I don’t know what he did with that fireplace/ and try replace with cheap looking electric fireplace. I ended up spending additional 5k for new gas fireplace to replace his scary fake looking fireplace and gave him that electric one. Pretty much he charged for that, he supposed to refund back but he never did.
    2nd. Also our AC never works properly ever since 2018. When we hire him it was late September so we didn’t use our AC and when summer started in 2020 we found out that our AC never worked. He told us that he will change entire AC and all the pipes and it included with service and installation, but he never changed ventilation pipes. So every summer we have to call him, cause our AC is not working. Our house is usually 95F to 115F in summer time. We call him and He responds in 2 or 3 weeks. Can you live in extreme hot house with your small kids?! He never shows up instead he will send his Spanish only speaker guy to our home. That guy come and fill the freon then left. We will have AC maybe 1 or 2 weeks, then freon will run out, so we have to call him and wait him to respond another 2 or 3 weeks. Every person will know that freon is leaking, Because he never changed those pipes as he promised. So now it’s our 3rd summer, yesterday 4/27/2021 was 85F outside and our home was 87F. Even thought that AC is keep running at 7:30pm our house was 84F.
    I have small kid and I am heavily pregnant and I can’t take it anymore. We’ve been living 2 summers in 100F , we paid everything and we didn’t get the service.
    So please do not spend your money! Get a proper place such as Home Depot or Mnards contractors or choose bigger companies who has their own office.

    He fix my steam boiler quickly. I call 2 companies before him and the first guy told me to change the unit, the second company replace a part and no luck. When I call SSO. His owner show up quickly and fix my a steam boiler. 100% profecional service.
