    To Whom it May Concern:

    Don Damare was the general contractor who supervised the construction of our home. We encountered several major problems because there were flaws in the plan design The biggest of these was a three foot error in the second story elevations.

    To correct these problems changes had to be made in the framing of the second floor that were not originally anticipated. These changes caused additional expenses that we did not anticipate. Don made these changes at his cost. This greatly eases our financial burden.

    I was daily on the building site and witnessed first hand the care that Don used to ensure that the sub-contractors did their work properly. I could not be more pleased with Don’s integrity and professionalism. At all times he was easy to work with whenever we encountered problems. I recommend him enthusiastically.

    St. Joseph Homebuilder was my custome-designed home contractor of choice. The process of building a home was made easy by coordination of subcontractors and the communication with us. We were in the loop on each phase of construction.

    The process of building the home was effortless for us and was accomplished in four months.

    Don was easy to work with and had our best interest in mind. Seven years later and all I can say is, "we lover our home!"

    We have been involved with St. Joseph Homebuilder on a personal and business level for over fifteen years. They built a home for us that we never dreamed we could have. They were very easy to reach, dependable, and things were completed in the time frame given. Additionally, the fact that they are a Christian company and love the Lord and seek to serve Him best was the highlight of our experience with them.     St. Joseph Homebuilders built our lovely 3,000 sq. ft. custom-designed home. Because of their efficient coordination with the subcontractors, they were able to complete the entire build process in less than four months! Their choice of quality materials and workmanship made our first home-building experience a pleasant one thanks to the committed people at St. Joseph's.
