St. Sebastian Fence Company, Inc, formerly St Sebastian Fence and Grant, Inc, collected a deposit of $2,350 and never provided any materials and did not perform any work for our project. They did however provide many excuses. I would not recommend using them.

Wayne Kinney stole our money without providing any materials or labor for our fence project. Well over 3.5k pocketed. After tirelessly following up with unanswered calls, texts, and emails, we discovered Mr. Kinney had used our money elsewhere and blamed Covid Deaths on his inability to provide what, if any, of what he was paid for 4 months prior. He made up a death story at one point and said it was a mess because of Covid. After finding only bad reviews dating back to 2017 of similar stories I am writing this review to warn others from ever using Wayne or any of his businesses. He was a referral from our builder which came as a shock. He’s unorganized, uncommunicative, and seems to have a trail of taking peoples money without providing services or materials.
