  after doing some research and getting many quotes... Stability heating and air gave me the best estimate. Mr. Roger worked with me to determine the best solution within my budget. He did such an outstanding job and gave me such unparalleled service that I would definitely recommend this company to anyone for any heating repairs or new installations.

  My Dad found the add to Stability Heating & Air in the phone book after having two other companies come and check out our heating system. We wanted a third opinion to make sure it fits our budget and to make sure we are satisfied with the services! We are glad we did! Roger was AWESOME! He definitely gave a great first impression--was friendly, courteous, respectful, measured the rooms, checked out the vents and our old system, presented us with detailed information & approximation of work to be done. He even went the extra mile of driving back home to print out the detailed of information to go over with us. Roger and his coworker showed up on time this morning @ 8am and completed the job before 2pm--we are so happy we got a third opinion! Thumbs up to Mr. Roger for the EXCELLENT customer service skills! We highly recommend him to our friends & families! Thank you Roger for your honesty--it was reflected in your personality and the work done--we appreciate you! God bless--

  This is the second time I have used Stability Heating &Air and I continue to be very pleased with the service. The first time, Mr. Roger installed my A/C and heating. Mr. Roger was quick, professional, and economical. The second time, he fixed an error my electrician caused. Mr. Roger was detailed in his explanation and helped resolve a major problem (potential fire hazard) to my home. Excellent, excellent work!

  I called three different A/C contractors: (A) from the Register News paper, the (B) has a full page ad in the Register advertising tune up for $77.00
  (Tel.777.7777), and for the (C) contractor-- I called "Air Heating Carrier" my equipment manufacturers who recommende Mr. Roger Cuernavaca. Then I made appointments and I had the following Results:

  (A) Just by visual inspection (10 min.) quote a new unit for approx. $3,500.00.

  (C) Open the unit, check pressure and with water wash-out debri from the enclosure; he try hard to sell a maintenance insurances, quote repairs for $2,900.00.

  (D) Mr. Roger Cuernavaca from "Stability Heating"checked the whole system including the attic. He found that the A/C and heating system was fine. The issue was too many air leaks in the system that made the unit inefficient. Total cost to correct it $900.00.

  I was impressed with Mr Roger detailed inspection and showed and explain to me the issue and how to correct it. I sure recommend Mr. Roger Cuernavaca to my friends.

  this contractor came to rosecrans care center to do estimate of the evaporative cooler i impressed by the quality service and they did not charge me a lot for my evaporative cooler.and also he took his time to explain everything to me and give me proposal to my 13th unit ac thanks stability.....

  I was very impressed by the quality of service I received from this contractor.
  He checked my a/c unit and explained to me in a very detail manner the problem and what needed to be done to fix it.
  He gave me a very reasonable estimate compared to two other previous ones.
  The contractor cleaned up the area where we worked and made sure everything looked as when he got to the house.
  I even signed an agreement with him to have them maintain my ac and heating units every six months.
  My unit is working nicely and we are enjoying it during these hot days in the Santa Clarita Valley.

  This is my second time I hired this contractor, he was very detailed oriented and performed an outstanding job, on both of my properties. I Strongly recommend this contractor, he is very interested in getting his work meticulosly done to leave his customer satisfied no matter how long it takes. he even came back a couple of weeks later to make sure I was totally Satisfied. WHAT A SERVICE!!!!!!!!
