I hired StableLift to repair my foundation so I could sell my house. They made it worse, now I can't sell my house, and StableLift says it not their problem. If you tell the truth on a public forum, they will probably comment something about how much they value customer service, or claim they have never heard of you.

Stay away from these people, horrible experience. After the initial work they did, my house started moving again. They came out and did some warranty work, added a new pier and adjusted existing ones. Due to the house moving, the plumbing under the slab broke again after we had it fixed from the initial foundation repair. Not only the plumbing, but we have multiple other issues as well. StableLift is telling us it's not their responsibility to reimburse us for the damages their failed piers caused, and now they won't even return calls or emails.

I originally hired this company in 2014, they placed 15 piers around only 3/4 of my home. Since then not only have they had to restabilize 6 of those piers. They added 3 more to the inside of my house. which left larges holes of missing tiles in 3 areas of my home. which continues to have cracking in the sheet rock, bowing walls and tiles cracking and coming loose. And now they are trying to charge me $2500 to come finish putting pier on the last 1/4 of the house. My home is continuing to be damaged by their lack of accountablility. I quote from a letter from Stable lift a the time of the original work. " The foundation of this home is now structurally sound and protected for life against all future settlement by the Stable Lift Lifetime Warranty. " " Respectfully , Brent Goodman, President of Stable Lift of Texas, Inc. The cost of getting my home market ready now will cost me thousands to fix, I have tried to get them to honor this and am getting the run around. So if your looking for a company with integrity keep looking, it has been my experience you wont find it here.

Similar issues as those stated above. This is about three years after the repairs. We have plumbing issues agains. The plumbers that dug under our home told us that the foundation is shifting and the cause of all our pipes cracking (again). They won’t respond to me anymore. I tried on Facebook and they messaged me initially, but will not anymore. I’m worried they’ve destroyed our home. We are military and have renters in the home right now. I scared we won’t be able to sell it in it’s condition.
