Horrible do not use this builder this was the worst experience of our lives. he was never on site and never wrote anything down. We are still trying to get the things repaired that he and his contractors that he hired screwed up. DO USE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER TO EVEN BUILD A DOG HOUSE. Went bankrupt in 2013 during our build and changed name from JC Construction to Cole Custom Homes. He walked away from the job after we had giving him three letters of areas that needed to be repaired so that he would not have to pay to get repaired and then we received a letter from a bankruptcy court out of Brandon MS. the week of Thanksgiving 2013. Again would not recommend this builder and have someone else that will state the same thing on a house that he built. If you would like to check about the bankruptcy the case number is 13-02207-EE filed on 7/7/2013 finalized on 11/23/13 http://www.mssb.uscourts.gov/ also make sure you ask for his credit references get more than 3 see how he reacts

First of the first comment on this page is absolutely jaw droppingly wrong. Jimmy is an absolutely great guy he’s built 3 of my houses so far.. one for myself and my wife and 2 seperate houses for both my children. I’ve never had a house built with such care and precision. And hey look I even have proof the man is an outstanding builder because he’s won the parade of homes over 4 times in my hometown of Madison. This first post seems like someone who conjures of a false narrative and story to damage a good mans reputation. If you want the perfect house house built by a Professional please contact Cole Custome Homes. I promise you won’t regret it!
