Terrible customer service. Had Stan at my house on February 27th for an estimate. Agreed on a price range, and at his request, put the job off for a few weeks until I demo'd my bathroom. Called him March 15th to confirm the day for him to come back out, and all of a sudden his price went up $1000 for the job. When I brought up the need for a plumber, I was told that he gave me the estimate when he was slow, and "if you don't want to pay that price, call someone else because I don't care. I can make more in a day." That's a direct quote. Im glad things are going so well for Stan that he doesn't care about how he treats people or stays true to his word.

Installed a Rheem hot water heater for me one year ago that has failed. These hot water heaters are known to fail. All reviews for these units are one star. There is no way if he has installed many of these as he says that he did not know they are a garbage unit yet he installs them anyway. He gets paid and about a year later the unit go’s bad. Than you are stuck dealing with Rheem. Trying to get a back ordered part.I normally check reviews . He recommend this unit he is a master plumber and my neighbor be aware!!!!!
