They build a superior home! This company is truly a custom builder that works closely with you to build your home. The owner personally oversees every home. The sales person even met me offsite to look for a custom product that I wanted. Very pleased!

Only wanted the check in his hand did not care about anything after that monent. Uses a different contractor on every home built. He bids the work out to the CHEAPEST bidder which shows in the final product. The company claims "Custom Built Homes" NOT!!! Before buying from this company check the area for other builders.

Built my home in 2018 in the Lighthouse Crossing community. Very nice until you start pointing out defects, then they get nasty. Their foreman was rude on our pre-settlement walk thru and the owner try’s to talk his way out of every repair. After 4 years, still have cracked drywall’s and floors crack and pop. Also had to fix a lot of other sloppy work. They use the cheapest subs and their customer service sucks. Would look elsewhere if I had to do it over.
