Stan showed up on time and completed the job however he did not and has continually refused to get a permit and provide proof to the township that the materials used meet hurricane standards as property is at the shore. He claims contract says permit is not included which I understand to mean the cost is not included. Actually having a permit to work on a roof as a professional on another persons house is not optional in this town. I know I have to pay the cost of the permit

Stan and his crew installed a new roof on my Colonial home which already had a double roof installed. Of the 4 solicited bids, he came in the lowest by far including the cost of the building permit. Although the lowest bid, he used the well known Timberline brand material and did it according to roofing code in Rahway. The job started as promised in May 2017 and as promised took 2 1/2 days. I can say Stan and his workers were hard working, honest, upfront, on time, and quite fast. With all the debris from a double roof, his crew adequately cleaned up.
