We hired Star Contracting to repair the roof on our building in April they came out and did some work. However, after they said they repair the roof and we paid them in full, the roof leaked worse than before. I have tried several time to reach them by phone (The contractors phone will not receive voicemail and the office phone is a google voice line that says it will try to connect you but no one ever answers. I have left repeated messages but almost no communication. Two weeks ago the owner Skip finally answered the phone and claimed that he didn't know we were having a problem with the roof and that he and his crew would be out the following morning. They did not arrive I called back and was surprised when he answered. Skip explained his crew were "delayed on another project but would be at my building, Monday morning" That was four days ago and no crew and no contact. I tried to call this morning and it is back to no-one answering the phone. I would not recommend anyone use this company.
