I have two older upstairs bedroom Sanyo indoor units that work by remote. Both remotes were shot! I called the company who put in the units (plus downstairs central a/c) about a universal remote and programing. They would not help nor would another company I called. Star Mechanical ordered remotes and programmed. They went out of their way to help me. A five star rating is not enough!
