I own multiple rentals in Wichita and also flipped 6 houses in 2018. I had Randy do the plumbing work in all of them. Randy is reasonably priced and does good work. I have been using him for all of my plumbing needs over the past several years.

We’ve known Randy for a couple of years and he’s helped us fix a few plumbing problems in our home. When fixing our bath drain his machine caused damage to our tub. When I addressed this with him instead of him fixing the damage or offering the difference for us to fix it he said where I saved money with him will make up the difference. So according to him you can save money using him, but if he damages something you’re not actually saving anything. When asking him to make it right he quadrupled the difference I asked for and said to never call him again. Based on the way he treated us, my home, and the fact that he stretched 3 repairs into 3 days making it where we had to wait around on him, we wouldn’t bother again anyway.
