I moved into a newly built home about 8 years ago in Zachary, LA. The exterior of my home looks like I have been in it 20 years. Before my home warranty was expired the home exterior was repainted because of chipping paint. A year later it looks worse. I was told my home was never primed. The wood is exposed under the paint. On the back of my home where the paint has seperated from the corner of the siding, I can see the contruction paper that is underneath. I love the design of my home, but I am so disappointed at the paint job that is now causing damage to the wood until I am able to get repairs done.
