Hired to replace a wall unit AC. After they removed the old unit, they placed it directly on our laminate wood floor and chipped it in several places because they didn't put any protective covering on the floor. Their technician Vitalii and "helper" then proceeded to deny they damaged the floor and said it was there before. They are dishonest and unreputable. I asked them to pay for it and would get 2-3 quotes from flooring companies. Office Mgr said no and they would fix it. No thanks, they are an HVAC company, not a flooring company. Don't use them. Criminals.

I received the most excellent service from these guys. The appointment took a few days but it’s like that everywhere, I know that because my husband worked in the industry before. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. The repair was up to my expectations, and they are very hard to fulfill - so these guys 100% deserve a 5-star review.

By Sebastian L.June 17, 20191st time was a repair. 2nd time was a checkup prior to summer.
Hired starlight HVAC for the second time already. First time was to repair the unit which luckily failed during the winter. Now they just came in for general maintenance as I’m staying on top of these things. Scheduling was quick and to the point. I got the same technician as last time and it’s nice to be remembered and talk where we left off. Overall, I would recommend them and trust their opinions and my coworker who uses them can also agree.

My heater suddenly stopped working. I called my plumber to see if there is a heating company he can recommend, he gave me Starlight's number. I called, and set up an appointment. The repair gentleman was very polite, and he explained what the problem was. A part needed to be replaced, and lucky for me he had a spare one with him. My heater was fixed fast, as a retired person I need my heater. It's hard to find a good contractor these days, most try to sell new units, so I am glad I was referred to them.

Dear future customer, please please read my comment before or even after you see this people. Sasha and Evan.
Evan acts very professional but he is the most unprofessional technician. The only 2 times they help you : if they have to sell anything to you or if the job is too minimal. If you need help of replacing and getting the warranty company to work for you they are untrustworthy. They make the report the way that warranty company will deny, then They come up with plans for you so you pay them monthly and purchase the compliance from them! What do you call this? Yes you are correct.
Second:
They ask you if they can help you with other compliance, when you ask they say oh its a free service! Then you get a call from your warranty company and the office and they make you to pay for it!!!
What do you call this?
We all need to help eachother so they learn and stop doing this fraudulent activities.
Please be aware .... i dont know who can put them a positive review! Please stay away and ask for another company because you should do it anyway so save time and energy.
Thanks for reading my review, i hope you make the right decision. You can message me for more details.
Now Sasha a super rude owner will write a none sense reply. Thats how he did to other negatives and try to look the real comments bad and unreliable.

I recently used Starlight HVAC for a forced air unit repair, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. My heater had been acting up, and their team quickly diagnosed the issue during the initial visit. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining the problem in detail and providing a few options for repair. They had the necessary parts on hand, which meant they could complete the repair on the spot without any delays. I also appreciated their thoroughness—after fixing the issue, they tested the system to ensure everything was working perfectly. The pricing was transparent, and they didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Starlight for any heating and cooling needs.
