We are doing a lot of remodeling and dealing with a lot of contractors and pulling permits and it’s been a circus post Covid.
So I had pretty low expectations, I just wanted to get educated on the solar, get a fair deal, and have good communication through an install that we knew would take some time.
We met with a few different companies and decided to go with Starlight since they were a local company and were a direct installer who is offering an extended warranty rather than a manufactures warranty that everyone else we talk to.
Colby, was extremely knowledgeable about the technology, financing options, and how Sola relates to the real estate market here in Texas. But the biggest thing I appreciate it was the transparency and communication.
Would highly recommend them but don’t expect anything to go perfect when you’re dealing with a solar installation. There’s going to be delays there’s going to be permitting issues but the good thing is the company handles all of that for you it’s just a matter of waiting.
