  I just had a filter installed by Matt and its been leaking since it been installed and does not know how to fix it? I tried getting him back to fix and of course he has not come back to fix it? so be aware if he can't figure out how to fix it, I would recommend you stay a way from this guy!!

  I ground pool liner teplacement

  We just had our liner replaced. Matt and his crew are efficient, meticulous and professional. They may not always get back to you immediately but they do call you back within a reasonable amount of time. We cannot praise them enough.

  Pool cover estimate and pool opening and closing

  In the beginning Matt seem like a nice guy but he turned to the Darkside he does not return your phone calls and I’m very unhappy with him I am going back to my old guy Kevin from Union Beach don’t deal with Starr Pools

  pool liner

  $4,000

  Run don't walk away from this guy.Just spent almost $4000 to put in new liner, pulled out 2 times,never answered a phone call or returns a call,Took 3 week for his crew to come back to fix it.If he gets a good review it must be family or employee.RUN

  Pool Opening

  $250

  I can’t speak for what other people have experienced, but Matt has always gone above and beyond with our pool. He power washes and cleans the cover and concrete from the surrounding area, folds the cover nicely, and puts it in the bag in the proper location I ask him to place it. The pool is always crystal clear and the chemicals are tested and adjusted to be spot on perfect. If I ever have a problem, he is usually available to help. A+ service.

  Absolutely the worst is right. He cares about no one. He never returns calls or texts. It took him over a month to return a phone call, not even look at our pool, which we have a service with him for. There are plenty of hard working, considerate pool companies out there, please call one of them. Definitely not this guy, save your self the aggravation. He is not worth it.

  take care of my pool

  This guy is the biggest piece of trash i ever met. He has a mouth like a gutter and absolutely no respect for anyone. His men cursed in front of my kids many times and i've asked them to stop. The service I can't tell you how bad it was. Words cannot describe how horrible it was dealing with this company. How Matt never ever returned a phone call. He said out right to me and I have the text to prove it. "Eat a Dick Asshole" I'm not your pool baby sitter.. Trust me please. please please. You don't want to deal with this man. I promise you. He told me he doesn't need the money. So pleaser give your money to somebody who has a heart and cares.
