He and his crew are unreliable and it seems very difficult to get an appointment. I have used this business on 4 different occasions and except for the very first appointment I’ve had problems with John and his employees. Work ethic leaves something to be desired.

They arrived 40 minutes late! They spent less than 30 minutes working and charge me for one and a half hours; the material they used was not new. The electrical cord they installed looked like something you find on the side of the road, it was old and dirty. I asked for a copy of the invoice I was told “they would send it to me” I still haven't received it.
