Call the chimney Doctor, Jamie Smith and his partner Chris, for all of your fireplace, wood-burning stove and stove insert needs!! I Made the mistake of calling a different company to clean and service my a 9 yr old lopi wood stove insert . The company had me order $200 in parts and they came back in October, to repair it. After the technician tried to fix it, he ,told me that my stove was not repairable and that I need to buy a brand new woodstove insert. Moreover they wanted to charge me a $200 service call fee. Needless to say, I was frantically calling stove shops trying to buy an insert when I stumbled upon a shoppe that gave me the chimney doctor’s telephone number. When I called, Jeremy picked up the phone and was extremely friendly, listen to my description as to what was wrong with my stove and the circumstance involved. Over the phone he was able to diagnose what was wrong with my stove! And he was right!! He came the same day And inspected the stove. He returned two days later and just as he suspected he was able to clean out my entire stove and reassemble it in perfect working condition. I did not need any of the parts that the other company told me I need it. Jeremy and Chris were professional friendly conscientious about keeping my house clean and really took their time making sure that they did a great job. Jeremy and Chris saved me thousands of dollars. If you need a cleaning or a repair, look no further, call Jeremy and Chris at the chimney doctors. Please ignore any negative Google reviews.
