Jordan was hired to paint my three-bedroom, two story condo. After completion we found many, many areas (maybe 30?) to be touched up. Then we paid them in full. Two more return trips were required to address areas missed, or paint that peeled, or paint to be removed from adjoining wall, or bracket, etc. One glaring error, to give you an example, was that the wall behind the toilet was not painted in either bathroom, though there was definitely working space available. Additionally, the cutting-in was not of a professional quality. I could have probably done a better job myself, though not as fast. We hired Jordan because his bid was almost $2,000 below the other we received. In this case, I was reminded that you get what you pay for.
