Very honest and hard working. They drove 50 miles 3 times to make sure AC was working properly. This was going through a home warranty company, so I know they didn't get paid at least 1 time.

1-Star Review
DO NOT RECOMMEND – Completely Unprofessional & Unreliable
I was assigned Staunton River Construction LLC by my home warranty company for an HVAC issue, and I’m beyond disappointed. The contractor never showed up, never contacted me, and ignored multiple calls and messages over a 24+ hour period.
As a licensed Realtor and investor, I not only expect basic communication but I’m also someone who refers vendors regularly. This wasn’t just a missed appointment it was a missed opportunity for long-term business and high-value referrals.
If your business cannot handle a request, the integral and professional thing to do is notify the homeowner or the warranty company. Instead, I received radio silence.
I’ve filed a formal complaint with the home warranty provider and will be reporting this experience on all major platforms. This level of service is unacceptable. Treat people ,and their time, with respect.
