BEWARE AVOID BEWARE AVOID!
I hired Tom Steadman for a fence buildout with a total of $8,000. Tom Required a 50% deposit to get started.
It took too over a month to complete roughly 10% of the job. When I asked Tom for a timeline (after he deposited my check) he agreed; then soon after stop responding to phone calls, text and emails.
I am currently pressing action against Tom Steadman. I suggest you AVOID AT ALL COST!
