Had them put on a roof in north St. Louis city. The wind blew some shingles off while still under warranty. Contacted Mr Steck he was very rude. He said they don’t like doing work in North City. He agreed to do the work but was very argumentative when I was attempting to get clarity regarding warranty. Hung up on me call me back and child said he wanted and hung up in my face again However, that was not the case when he took my money to put the roof on initially. I felt his actions were motivated by race. This was rental property and funded by section 8 so I really needed the work done. I live in a 3000 square ft house in the county and it now needs a roof. He would be the last person I would call based on the last experience I had with him. I would not recommend this company his customer service is the worse.
