We hired John to remodel our upstairs bathroom. We felt confident hiring him at first, he came ready to work and cleaned up after they wede ready to go home thee first two days. However they seemed to stop cleaning up after themselves and left cans of energy drinms everywhere. They had almost no tool's for the job and needed to borrow my tools to even be able to work. Ladders, wrenches, spacle knives etc. we even had to buy pipe cutters for him to use on the job. We would have been ok with him usjng the tools to support a young man starting his business had there not been so many problems. We had several floods to our wood floors in our kitchen while they worked. They used my wife's towels to wipe up what looks like glue and to clean up a purple chemical for preping the pipes for gluing them. They left a pan that was in the tub filled with water in the hallway, that got damaged and leaked all oved the flokr and soaked into the floor down into the ceiling of oud living room and onto our tv. John came after we called him to find the problem, it was determined if was the pan and it had been damaged. John had said he told a crew member to empty that pan several times. John had go open the ceiling but at the same time he ripped ooen a heating vent which i told him not to do. I told him to use the small camera device to search for problem not destroy our vent. He patched the vent up after trying to straight oir the mangled metal and tape the edges closed. Then mudded and taped over the drywall and left it unpainted for us to return to original state. The shut off valve for the new shower still leakes. Several of the pipes for the shower drainage leakes and were leaking on our new cabinets.
