I would recommend Steer Builders to anyone. Prices are very competitive. Work is high quality and done promptly. Jarod and his crew have done two jobs for me and hopefully more in the future.

We had a contract with Jerod Steer to frame and do the siding for our home. In August 2023, he stopped work, responding to our calls, texts, and emails, and did not finish the job. He left with about $8,000 worth of work he did not finish. We are just thankful we did not have to pay him for the siding work in advance and that my father and family helped finish our deck and back stairs. It took 5 months of daily calling and research to find someone else to do our siding, and it held us back from moving in and finishing our home in time, plus the extra cost of extending our lease for our apartment by 5 months. The new sider we hired did an amazing job and said that the framer, which was Jerod Steer, did many things incorrectly and that he had to take extra time to fix it. It is very unprofessional to stop working, not honor the contract, and not contact us; he just disappeared.
