    Bathroom remodel
    $20,000

    I had Chris remodel 2 of my mom’s bathrooms at her house as I am also a union carpenter but very busy at work . He did the worst work I have ever seen ! He left a huge gap between the vanity & the wall & just smeared caulk in it instead of installing a side splash to cover the gap , he didn’t put a scribe in next to the vanity & wall , just left a gap , he stopped the flooring a inch in front of her floor registers, his grout on the tile has holes in it everywhere, it was just horrible work .. I would never recommend anyone to hire this guy for any reason

    Deck

    We are very unhappy with our new composite deck. It was a nightmare from the beginning. The posts that were set on the footings were not plumb and level. They used sledge hammers to try and fix it. Then they built the frame, it was okay, but had many nails that were shot into the wood and the corners blew out the wood. Then they installed the posts that were not level or plumb. They attempted to fix but they didn't. The final result is it's done. You can see the railing is out of level. They offered me money back from the original price and I accepted just to get them out of here. I will finish the deck myself. I would definitely not recommend them for any type of job.
