I own a house renovated by Stella. To say I am not impressed would be more than an understatement. If you are considering one of their homes, be advised to get multiple specialist opinions and look for buried problems, particularly around mortar repointing and general foundation care.
Also, nearly all my windows were improperly shimmed and generally poorly installed. Expect YouTube DIY quality.
